The retention of the green space is paramount and greater legibility needs to be brought through to the High Street. Clearly the previous swimming pool site is a development opportunity and the STOCKVALE GROUP would seek that that this is of the highest quality providing some activity around the ground floor to support the small pocket park of Warrior Square. The STOCKVALE GROUP recognise that this site could deliver a significant number of residential units.
