Millions of pounds were wasted on the Travel Centre, Victoria Gateway and City beach. Before wasting millions of pounds will the Council please consult with local residents and listen to what we say and not ignore us like you did in 1970 and in 2006 and 2008.
When consulting Stakeholders, please include all residents living in the Southend district and not only a few listed in your appendix.
