There needs to be a timely review of all conservation in all areas of the Borough. Certainly, further areas in Leigh need consideration and there should be more protection for locally listed buildings and other buildings need to be considered for this status too.

There is a specific issue in Leigh-on-Sea that it needs a new primary school and relevant support services surrounding that.
